  Log into your tier1 Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
